Yes, as soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please check your junk folder if it is past the turnaround time and you have yet to see a tracking confirmation email.
Your order will ship within approximately 10 to 15 business days. Ready-to-ship items ship within 3 to 5 business days. This does not include holidays or weekends. Please note that this may vary depending on current volume of order. If your order is past the turnaround time, please contact us for a more detailed order update. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking notification email.
We ship all of our items through the United States Postal Service. Tumblers are shipped USPS Priority and every other item is shipped USPS First Class.
The Cuppery Co accepts all major credit cards and PayPal. We use Stripe to process all credit/debit cards.
Unfortunately we do not offer local pick-up.
Oh no! We understand that sometime this happens, and most of the time, we can fix it. The fee starts at $10 and will vary depending on severity. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the damaged tumbler. We can’t guarantee that it’s fixable, but we’ll see what we can do!

Unfortunately, at the moment, we are no longer creating non-glittered tumblers.
Yes, rush orders start at $25 and may vary depending on complexity, how fast you need your tumbler, and our current volume of orders. Please contact us at email@example.com and let us know what item you’d like and when you would need it be. Please include “rush order” in your subject line.
Of course! If you would like a preview before it’s made, please email us after placing your order at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your order number and that you’d like a preview.
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of you placing your order. Please email us as soon as possible with the subject line “Cancellation” and your order number. Credit card refunds may take up to 7 business days to process and return. PayPal refunds will be processed within 24 hours.
